Can foreigners buy?

How do payment plans work?
Payment plans are published by YAS Developers. Please see the YAS Developers pages for Casa Altia (opens in a new tab), Altia One (opens in a new tab) and Altia Residences (opens in a new tab), or call toll free 800 927 338.
When is handover?
Altia One and Altia Residences are complete. Casa Altia’s handover is anticipated in the first quarter of 2028.
What are service charges?
Service charges are set for each building. Please ask YAS Developers for the current figure.
Does buying give a residence visa?
Property investors may be eligible for a 5-year UAE Golden Visa with property worth at least AED 2 million, subject to the official conditions. See Buyer & Investor Info.
Can I visit the site or a show apartment?
To arrange a viewing, use the Register Interest form on any project page and choose “Book a viewing”. YAS Developers will confirm what can be visited.
