WHO WE ARE

This website presents EG (Excel Group). It is operated for the group by Excel Management F.Z.E (Ajman Free Zone, Licence No. 47444), Executive Office BLB-229, Boulevard-B Building, Ajman Free Zone, Ajman, UAE. Privacy questions: info@excelfibers.com.

WHAT WE COLLECT

We collect only what you send us through our forms:

• Contact form: your name, company, country, email, phone, the department you choose and your message.
• Request a Quote: your company and contact details, the product, grade or specification, quantity, destination port, required date and message.
• Register Interest / Book a Viewing: your name, contact details, country, the project, unit type, preferred date and message.
• Submit Your Pitch: founder and company details, website, sector, stage, country, amount raising, description, contact details and the pitch deck (PDF) you upload.
• Technical data: the hosting server records basic request data, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to keep the site secure.

WHY WE USE IT

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange a viewing, assess a pitch, and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

WHERE IT GOES AND WHO SEES IT

Form messages are stored in the website database and emailed to the relevant department mailbox: textile, general and venture capital messages to the group mailbox; real estate messages to YAS Developers, our group company, at cs@yasdevelopers.com. Only the staff who handle that department’s enquiries see them.

PITCH DECKS

Pitch decks are accepted as PDF files up to 10 MB. They are stored outside the public part of the website, sent to the venture capital mailbox, and seen only by the people who assess investments. We do not share them outside the group without your consent.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and keep our records. Pitch decks are kept only as long as needed to assess them and keep our records, and are then deleted.

YOUR RIGHTS

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing info@excelfibers.com.
